Isang Araw Lang... Takbo Para sa Libreng Kolehiyo

Have you ever wondered where were you now if you haven't given the chance to have good quality education? Or are you feeling fortunate that you were born by responsible parents and/or relatives that sees to it that you could have your education despite of your social economic status? Hmmm, those were really hard questions. What I know now is that, I owe everything to my parents. And I had paid off their hardships by studying hard and never failing them. Let me brag that I graduated Magna Cum Laude in BS Computer Engineering at Bulacan State University, City of Malolos. I know my parents were so proud of me then... until now.

So, for the fortunate few who are enjoying good education, I am encouraging you to make the most of it. Enjoy your life but do give due importance to your education. And for the unfortunate ones, here's something for you:

Being a runner, I felt fulfillment in running for a good cause, and this one's for the benefit of our brothers and sisters. To see details of this event, visit Sports37's Blog.

However, you won't be able to meet me there for I am already registered at the 2010 Bull Run. Nonetheless, I hope I still encouraged you to join the "Isang Araw Lang... Takbo Para sa Libreng Kolehiyo."

As always... Break A Leg!

Yehuda Berg Comes to Manila

I have two things to discuss here:

(1) The Power of the Mind

I do believe that our mind is that powerful. Sometimes, they tell that your will to recover from severe illness is contributes to your healing. I could attest to that with what happened to my mother. She had her mild stroke in the late ‘90s. But her will to stand up and support us paved the way for her health improvement. And, as with the cliché, it is just “Mind over Matter”.

(2) Social Media

I cannot count with my two hands the number of sites that I had registered that are considered as social media – a place to stay connected with your friends; a place to meet new friends. The Friendster site that had been a hip last year had been turned over by Facebook. Oh well, I loosely bid goodbye to both, I had been using them as my photo backup and link promotions. But still, it won’t defy the fact that it had been reaching youngsters all over the world and had been consuming ample amount of their daily lives.

So, what do they have to do with my post?

Yehuda Berg, a renowned authority on Kabbalah, simply believes in the first and is using the maximum potential of the second in reaching to as much audience as possible.

If you want to learn more about his ideas and principles, Meet Yehuda Berg in Rockwell Tent on January 18, 2010 (Monday). Admission is absolutely FREE! You just need to reserve your slot by sending an email to philippines@kabbalah.com or call (0920) 902-9008.

Not So Fruitful Day

Yesterday, I spent my afternoon at SM Baliwag with my mother, Stephanie, and Carmina. I was suppose to have my dental cleaning and pasta using my IntelliCare. Unfortunately, and with much dismay on the personnel of Dental Avenue, I was unable to have my service. Foremost, they said IntelliCare card holders are addressed by appointment. Well, I believe that was acceptable if they have tons of patients there; but hey, two of the resident dentists have NOTHING to do at that very moment and got no appointments in line. In fact, they don't have any patients there. And so I asked, why can't they provide the service that I needed? One of the dentists responded, "We have to verify your account from IntelliCare, and it was a long distance call, so we have to verify IntelliCare patients by batch". "What?!", I exclaimed. No, I don't do that, he he. They told me to be back by Thursday - December 30 (when everyone's busy with the New Year Preparation; they really expected me to be back?). And so I asked the not so very welcoming receptionist if there's available schedule for tomorrow (December 29). When all I thought she was browsing over their appointments, I found out that she's just doing some clerical works and not attending to my inquiry. I am really pissed off! Well, I bid goodbye properly to them even though they show some 'manners'. And I prefer to just avail of my dental coverage from SM Megamall next year. Well, to cool my head my mother asked me to eat in, and I suggested Max's Restaurant. I don't want to queue in long line to order, I wanted to be served. I wanted to feel the customer satisfaction that I thought I would be having from Dental Avenue. So here are the pictures:

Going Once, Going Twice...

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Bidazzled. All opinions are 100% mine.

Those were the words that we normally hear at bidding. In normal bidding where valuables were sold, sometimes antics or one-of-a-kinds, the starting bid is whopping thousands of dollars. And the usual ending, the priced possession will be sold to the highest bidder which could cost millions of dollars. Isn’t that overwhelming?

Bidazzled simply turned the table around. Well yes, it is an auction. But it is performed online. So, no need to gather interested bidders in one function hall and display the item one-by-one. Since it is online, bidders from all over the world need not to meet online. In addition, items can be opened for bidding at the same time. Thus, items that catches someone’s attention (but of no bearing to others) can be seen in detail and bid can be placed at once without even waiting for other items to be finished.

I read their how to Bidazzle page for newbie. The thing that we need to keep in mind is that a bid costs $1 and that bids can be purchased in packs at a minimum of $25. These packs are inclusive of bonus bids, not to mention the 5 free bids provided to new registrants. If you want 15 extra bids absolutely free, enter BBP1202A for blogs or BTP1202A for Twitter upon registration. But you have to hurry; offer is only up to the 15th of January. At the same sense, Bidazzled had a viral referral program much like of a pyramid.

And the greatest catch of all, this online auction supports a Charity for Lung Cancer. It is totally wonderful!

STOP!

Whatever you are doing right now, STOP! I know and I am also feeling the pressure of completing my Christmas list and wrapping all those gifts. But, I just want you to realize the real essence of Christmas. We all should improve relationships with God. And we could achieve it by improving our relationships with our loved ones, friends, and neighbors (as defined in the Holy Bible). Okay, you may continue now.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

MAIDRS Year End Lunch Meeting

Our team (MAIDRS) had our year end lunch meeting at Marina, Sky Garden, SM North EDSA yesterday. We discussed the head ups on what had happened in the year 2009 and our scheduled activities next year. It was a fruitful meeting I must say. We had our exchange of ideas in detail, and it makes ending the year right.

Jem, Cris, Pedz, and Madz

I just so love our team, the bonding that we had is priceless - I am really enjoying my stay here despite of several factors which I prefer not to disclose, LOL!

Shrimps in chili sauce @ Php240.00

Marina Seafood Soup at Php250.00

Laswa Na KBL (Kadios, baboy, langka) @ Php240.00
Ilonggo soup with red beans, pork and jackfruit

Grilled Pla-Pla (500g) @ Php200.00

We ordered an unlimited rice worth Php40.00. I enjoyed the shrimp in chili sauce, it is fairly hot. The Marina seafood soup is too bare as compared to the picture they had on their menu, so don't be fooled by the picture, ha ha. The KBL is good, but I guess I really enjoyed sinigang more. Grilled Pla-Pla is great too.

Online Shopping for Christmas

Up to now, I am still troubled on what I am going to give as Christmas presents. Yes, I am feeling the rush! I got only 2 days left to have my Christmas shopping, and here I am with barely any Christmas list yet. Oh, I am too lazy.

For the girlish ones in my list, I am thinking to buy them some earrings. Well, I would also want to have one, only if I found a wrench-shaped earring. I find it really hard to find one. I settled at searching for these items from online shops instead of wearying myself from store to store just to find a perfect gift. My feet, I mean my fingers, led me to this body jewellery shop online where I found a bunch of cutie stuffs. I am overwhelmed with the number of earrings available. They’ve got 194 pages with 10 earrings per page.

One of my picks

Well, I think I’ve got to park now, I’ve got 182 pages more to choose from. For the adventurous type, they also got belly button rings available with 89 pages. Good luck!

Our Company Christmas Party

Yesterday was our company's Christmas Party. We are all long waiting for this day for we are anticipating that our COO would announce our 14th month bonus. Well, the announcement was spoiled by a colleague. He inquired his balance online and found out that our bonus was already released. A clever one! Anyhow, even though we are already assured of the bonus, we still wanted to join the party. Aside from the good food and the presentations for the Christmas competition, we also have our company-wide exchange gifts worth Php500 funded by our generous company.

The attire was strictly semi-formal, and so, I simply wear my usual office wardrobe in the party. I am not the one that goes gaga with such events unlike other ladies here who wear all those make-ups, have their hair dos, and change outfits. I don't know, but I am more comfortable being simple and plain. Well, that's me, I don't have to fit into their culture right? What's important is I enjoyed the event.

It was 5:30PM, we logged out and went straight to our party's venue, The Blue Leaf, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. After the registration and having all set, our party was started by the Chorale who sang 'The Prayer'. I must say that I admire their voices. After a brief introduction by the emcees, we have our dinner buffet. The food is overflowing. I just can't choose which one to eat first. Well, I just don't love the pasta, it is undercooked. And I really don't enjoy much the drinks for I don't indulge with alcoholic beverages. I suffice myself with iced tea. I got no other options.

Photo Op in the Blue Leaf

The Christmas presentations went well. But, as always, my bet - The Kung Fu Panda Theme - don't grab the 1st prize. I am just thankful that I am not part of the presenters. Or else, I might get butteflies in my stomach and won't be able to enjoy the party.

I am really grateful for my 'mommy' in our exchange gift. She bought me my wish - a James Yap #18 jersey! I am so loving it! Super Thanks!

James Yap #18 Jersey

I did not finish the party. I am not a party-goer. I already enjoyed, and that is enough. I had a good time. In addition, girls grabbed a souvenir, a hand bag from Kultura. =)

Cosmetics in Herbalife

Many of us who are desperately trying to lose weight might have heard of Herbalife already. Moreover, their products were sold almost worldwide. So, if you are going to ask someone once they’ve heard of Herbalife, they’ll surely reply back that it has something to do with weigh loss and nutritional supplements. But, would you believe that they also offer cosmetics? I don’t know that fact either until I heard of the Herbalife Kosmetik (Herbalife Cosmetic) from a German site which is an affiliate of Herbalife International of America. Their beauty products include body care (leg care, skin care, and so forth) and perfumes. Not only you can avail of their products, but you can as well join and try their business. You can learn more about their products and their business from herbalifekosmetik.de. The site is in German, so you might want to use Google Translator if you are not literate in the German language.

My Year End Run

I thought I would not be able to have My Year End Run, the PhilStar Christmas Celebrity Run 2009 at The Fort, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. A day before, I suffered again from The Pain That's Killing Me. But waking up early in the morning (2:45AM) yesterday and seeing my cousin (my new recruit) all dressed up for her first ever fun run inspired me to get going. I made myself at ease with a tablet of Dolfenal and a cup of hot chocolate.

My cousin all dressed up as I wake up

Unlike my other race events, EDSA had no moderate nor heavy traffic at all. We arrived at the meeting place as early as 4:45AM. I bought a couple of Snickers for me to eat once I feel hungry. However, we've got no companions now that has a vehicle where we could place our belongings. And so, we left our things at the baggage area upon arriving.

We are that early that we were able to have a peek of the 21K and 10K gun starts. And here's a photo of my co-runner, RunningAtom, at the starting line for his 10K race.

RunningAtom, Bib No. 3306

I was over excited with my 5K race for I wanted to beat my best time from the NBPR Raising Hope 2009. And so I mind not leaving my cousin behind. I know she'll be able to cope up with my running. She's young and she's playing basketball. I even prefer not to stop to hydrate myself in the first kilometer of the race for I don't feel like drinking. It's almost raining anyway, I haven't lost a water from my body. However, upon running three-quarters of a kilometer, one of the 5K racers shouted at the others to go back for we are traversing the wrong route. And so, with a little bit of hesitation, we go back to see the left or right turn that we have missed. Only to find ourselves going back to the finish line that early and easy. I just can't believe how chaotic the race for 5K runners had been.

See that disgust on my face?

Surely, the outcome would be that disappointing. I won't consider this as my personal best even if I had finished with the stunning 30minutes. I had barely run 4K. Also, I'll bet I'll be somewhat below 50% of the 5K runners with respect to ranking. Most of the runners that we had crossed along the way after we turned back returned as well. So, they roughly ran 2K then. Nonetheless, I tried to run at my utmost speed going to the finish line. And I am happy that I can ran faster than I expected. Only, I cannot maintain such pace.

I just can't move on with the turn outs of the event. I'd rather run the 10K than running more than 1K short. And so, with such feeling, I posed at the stage smiling but with a thumbs down to show dissatisfaction.

Thumbs Down!!!

I tried suppressing my dismay by taking advantage of the sponsored freebies around. We had the energy bar; nuts; stress pad, loot bag, and free photo from Coppertone; Omega pain killer from RunnerSpeak; and wheat bread. And most of all, to complete my running day, we had spotted Coach Rio and have a photo op with him. We are collecting pictures with him, LOL!

"Kumpleto na ang araw ko kahit kulang ang takbo ko"

To date, this had been the worst race I ever had in my ten runs. *sigh*

Christmas Preparations

It’s exactly four days before Christmas. Have you prepared everything? Done with your Christmas list? Well, don’t forget the cleanliness of your home too. If you’re having problems with your carpets, clean it with naperville carpet cleaning. With the coming Yuletide season, I’m sure you are already stressed with all the preparations. So don’t let your head ache cleaning the carpet, let naperville carpet cleaning do it for you.

I'm Already Registered

While everyone's busy with their Christmas shopping, I am busy with my running activities. And while the TriNoMa mall had been full by people to buy their Christmas presents, I've been there last Friday to register myself to the Condura Run 2010 - Run for the Dolphins that will be held on the 7th of February 2010 at Fort Bonifacio, Global City Taguig. You might think that it's too early to register, but for us runners, it is just right. As the official site states, the number of participants are limited; hence, some race categories might close out earlier. Just like what happened to us in the New Balance Power Run Raising Hope 2009. Good thing there is The White Hat to save us.

Anyway, I am encouraging you all to join this race event. Not only you'll be able to help the Dolphins in Bohol, you will also get a Finishers Medal.
Isn't that encouraging enough?

Have Something to Announce?

Whenever you have something important to inform to a number of persons, it is better to have the so-called press release. But if budget is hindering you, worry not, for there is a free press release service that you could enjoy. So, the next time that you have to announce something to a large audience, try the free press release.

The Pain That's Killing Me

A couple of months ago, I already told myself that I Need a Professional Advice with my dysmenorrhea. However, I just can't find time to have my check-up. Besides, I so thought that my weekly running would save me from such pain. Unfortunately, I still suffer from that pain last Saturday. I almost cried for I don't know what to do. Any position that I'll do won't lessen the pain. But I dare not take medicine, for I fear that it might have a side effect in the later days of my life. But I just can't tolerate it, felt like I'm dying. I am bed-ridden all day. I got no appetite. The only food that I wanted is hot chocolate. Oh, I really Hate This Day of the Month. Hope I could find time this Christmas break to have my check-up and have a permanent cure for The Pain That's Killing Me.

You're a Star on Yoostar

Earlier, I have read an email from my P50 group regarding FarmVille, the current Facebook Application addiction. Well, they had discussed that it is more enjoyable than watching TV or movie for you were hands on with such entertainment. And I just can’t beg to disagree, until I heard about Yoostar.

Well basically, when we watch a movie or a TV show, we sometimes wanted to mimic the scene. Just like what I felt with my earlier post – Going Twitterpated Over Shining Inheritance. Isn’t it a wonderful feeling to have acted with your favorite actor or actress with your favorite movie scene? Alongside with your daydream, you’ll surely want to have a digital copy of this portrayal and upload it to boast to almost everyone. Who knows, you can be the next big thing – similar to the stardom of Moymoy Palaboy whose impeccable talent had been discovered in YouTube.

You maybe worrying for you don’t have the techie know-how about video recording and editing. Yoostar just understands you and had provided all the things you needed to have your own movie studio. Buying their system already provided you with specially-designed web cam, green screen and stand, remote control, and their one-of-a-kind software that will enable you to act as your favorite actors already installed with a number of scenes in movie history.

So probably, next time you embed a clip in your Facebook account, you’ll be providing a sample of your flick made from your home studio, your Yoostar system.

Going Twitterpated Over Shining Inheritance

With my busy schedule, I am really wanting to sleep as early as possible. In this regard, I have to skip watching Shining Inheritance, a Koreanovela shown by GMA7. But last Tuesday, I am glad that I still got the energy to stay awake and watch the most 'twitterpated' moment (of all the episodes that I had watched) of the Korean drama series.

The scene is on a hanging bridge were the two main characters, Ynah and Hwan, were talking about their feelings for each other. Ynah wanted to forget about their feelings for they might hurt Francis and Aimee. But Hwan just don't care about the two and simply wanted to let Ynah know that he truly love her.

And of course, the kiss - the magical one - made that scene romantically exciting.

Well, I really got that 'kilig' factor in this scene because I felt that words are dispensable when it comes to LOVE. Mere gestures and facial expressions are enough to understand each other. It is just so so so uberly romantic! Okay, I have to confess that I don't like Hwan before. I'm more into Francis. But with the development now, I'm after Hwan - he's growth and maturity brought by the things that are happening around him.

For those who missed this episode, you may watch it here and read the transcript here.

Purchase Power Tools Online

I remember one time in my childhood; my father brought home an electrical power drill. At that time, our relatives find amazement with that tool – a very techie one. Needless to say, it somewhat become the talk of the town. But that was history. Today, these power tools are readily available in the market – even online.

PowerTools.us offers a wide variety of these tools that could cover the need of construction and industrial companies, companies dealing with automobiles, or even individuals. If you would wonder “What the hell am I going to do with such tools?” think again. There are already a number of before hard-to-do works that you can already do-it-yourself using hand tools.

I had navigated over the site and become overwhelmed with the number of power tools that are available. You’ll surely find what you are looking for. Or even open yourself to possibilities with tools that are high end that will fit your need. Say with angle drills, here is the page that will welcome you.

Angle Drills from PowerTools.us

See those varieties of tools? You’ll never get empty handed. Plus, it goes with the easy to follow link that will show you the detailed description of the tool together with the List Price and their Price. Moreover, it has the easy order button similar to any e-commerce site that allows easy purchase of items online. And more importantly, they got the Online Stores PRIVACY GUARANTEE.

6 Seconds Better

I was awakened by a call from my cousin, only to realize that I’m already a few minutes late for my 9th run – The Pioneer Mighty Bond Mighty Run 2009 that will benefit Bantay Bata 163. Upon checking on my phone, she already got 2 missed calls. I must have slept soundly. I immediately get up, heat my sinampalukang manok, wake up my angel, took a bath, and set myself to go. I missed the ES Transport bus. I had waited a couple more minutes before another bus stop by. I am already worried that I might be late. But to kill time, I made my stretching. Cutting the story short, I was not late, I was just in time. Thank God!

I was excited to run for it’ll be my second time at UP Diliman. I wanted to beat the time I had last Sunday, or even beat my best time in the New Balance Power Run, Raising Hope. At the gun start, I let my angel go ahead of me. I told him that I’ll practice pacing so that I won’t tire out in the last stretch of the 5K. But as I endure the route, I felt like grasping for air. My legs still can go further, but my lungs need more oxygen. That’s when I realized that I don’t need practice my pacing, I badly need breathing exercise. As I was able to catch my angel, he handed me Powerade for hydration, but I said no for I am having a hard time swallowing – still because of my breathing. After being able to rest my lungs for a while, I am back in shape. But in the remaining 1.5-2K, my left knee is aching. I am limping-running, and I fear that I might fall. But the fighting spirit within me – to beat my record – becomes more dominant. Holding my angel’s hand provided me relief that I can finish the remaining distance. Unofficially, I had beaten my best time with thinly 6 seconds. But that 6 seconds would already cover a considerable meter. As I cross the finish line, I had seen that the official time is 0:38:13.

Right after crossing the FINISH line.

Unlike the 1st CMDP Yes Run 2009, there were a number of sponsors in this event. In fact, prizes were overflowing; my co-Strathlete, RunningPoy, won an Accel Sports Bottle worth PhP249.75. Unfortunately for the rest of us, we were not able to win any. Nonetheless, we were able to have a photo opp with Anthony Suntay and former MMDA Chairman Bayani Fernando.

Our run won’t be complete without the picture taking, and here’s a sample of me and my angel’s pre-nuptial photo (wearing singlets, LOL!).

Can you imagine an entourage wearing singlets and running rather than walking down the aisle? LOL!

Next run: The PhilStar Christmas Celebrity Run at Fort Bonifacio. Will I be able to make another record? Another 6 Seconds Better? We'll see.

Fruits of My Labor

I am already enjoying the fruits of my labor with my Page Rank hitting 2 once more. Of course I would love it if it would regain its PR3; but as of the moment, I am taking advantage of my current rank doing a number of paid posts from my various affiliations. I could have not done it without making use of Free Article Submission Service, blog hopping, and leaving comments around. So, if you want to have a rank, do your toil now.

My Running Milestones

I could have wanted to create another blog for my running escapades, but I did not. There's a feeling that I might abandon this personal blog if I would create another that is solely dedicated to my runs. This blog will house my running activities. This blog won't commit blogicide! Anyhow, I just wanted to share the short anatomy of MinnieRunner.

MinnieRunner come from my previous pen name - Minnie Madz. Click here for the story.
I am overwhelmed to the total number of running events that I had joined this year. And I would really wanted to keep track of 'em - the event, my category, and my official rank and time. And so this post came into place. But I don't know if I could religiously update this one every time I would participate in a new run. And so, I opt to create a listing at my sidebar and just link them to my posts. But then again, I am thinking, shall I create a MinnieRunner blog instead? *thinking*

Anyhow, here's a compilation of my runs:

My Lined Up Runs

Oh well, if you think that I'll end up running this year, you are wrong. Right after the 1st CMDP Yes Run, we registered ourselves to the upcoming 2010 Bull Run: Takbo Para sa Ekonomiya on the 17th of January (Hope it won't be postponed!)

On the other hand, I already got two (2) more runs this month (year): (1) Pioneer Mighty Bond Mighty Run 2009 and (2) PhilStar Christmas Celebrity Run 2009. I haven't accounted yet how much I had already invested with my runs. But roughly, I had already spent PhP5,000 in registrations alone, he he he. Anyhow, I am having fulfillment in collecting singlets from these runs. And here's the lined up singlets that I'll be using for My Lined Up Runs.

2010 Bull Run: Takbo Para sa Ekonomiya Singlet

I've got lots of lined up runs at our Strathletes blog. Please do pay a visit, maybe you'll want to run with us too. Ü

Digital Filipino Web Awards 2009: Congrats to the Winners

I have blogged, nominated, and been invited in the recently concluded Digital Filipino Web Awards 2009 last November 13, 2009 at the Grand Ballroom of Hotel Intercontinental, Makati City. I have failed to attend the activity, but I am glad to hear that two of my nominees have been enlisted in the DigitalFilipino Web Awards 2009 winners. Congratulations to Patay Gutom and Pasyalera.

It is really nice hearing that these kind of events are being held in the Philippines for the Filipinos. It is a media for us web enthusiasts to learn – and to learn some more. With that, it is also nice to commend SMILDS.com who had painstakingly supported the project.

SMilDS.com launched in the Philippines

For everyone’s knowledge, SMilDS.com was launched July this year and is aspiring to become the Philippines’ premiere social shopping platform by providing the means of online shopping in the Philippines. It is powered by the Malaysian MSC Status company – the Platform2u.com. To know more about this generous sponsor, visit them at SMILDS Philippines Facebook fan page.

Again, I am extending my congratulations to two of the blogs that I had nominated. You really deserve the award. Congratulations as well to other awardees; most of all, congratulations to the people behind the Digital Filipino Web Awards 2009. Hope I could join the event next year.

My First Run at UP Diliman

Last Sunday marked another milestone of my running career when I set my mark at UP Diliman. It is my first run at the said campus. It was the 1st Catholic Ministry for Deaf People (CMDP) Yes Run. This event will help fund the allowances of the deaf children in order for them to go to school, and stay in school. Thus, every step I make toward the finish line is for a good cause.

My body clock had already adjusted to my Sunday waking time. I get up as early as 2:30AM just to be on time. I had the company of my angel, Irish, RunningAtom, Cris, Richard, Jem, and Rica in this event. Upon arriving at UP Diliman, specifically at the Oblation, we felt the cool breeze of the air. It could probably be brought by the Christmas Season, or simply because the tall trees that surround the campus bring forth such feeling. With that kind of 'climate', I believe this could be a challenge for us runners.

I situated myself in front of the starting line and felt like a competitive runner. But as the trigger was pulled for the gun start, I just can't keep up with the pacing of the 'serious runners'. And so, I just run and hope to beat my personal best time. But with the cold air that my breath catches, I just can't keep up with my pace. My feet wanted to run and continue the race, but my breath tells me to do otherwise. And so I slowed down and inhale a little more air.

To my surprise, I have been running faster than my angel. He even told me that I am really running faster now. Well, I understand it, he had been sleepless in the past few days. His aunt past away last Friday.

I finished the 5K category at 0:42:25. I am not that disappointed for I know I could still give more, that it is not yet my best. I know for sure that I can finish the race in less than 42 minutes or even better than 38 minutes.

After crossing the finish line, I felt that I can still give more. I am beginning to feel scarce running that 5K distance, he he he. To supress that scarce feeling, we do some jump shots. And I felt a little bit disappointed for I am really jumping toooooooo low :(

My Best Jump Shot

I am eying my second run at UP Diliman this coming weekend for the Pioneer Mighty Bond Mighty Run 2009. But if RunningAtom won't be able to join the race, we might as well take a day off from running.
